Will do but not before the weekend. I am currently in Serbia and traveling tomorrow to Macedonia.

Yeah, you read it right.

No pics here with me.

After I get home and hug the dog and pet the wife I will look into it.

I started out with a 70's version SBC that put out around 300 hp. It got tired about 3 years ago so I stuck in a 97 Vortec engine with a zz4 cam, bowtie aluminum intake & truck avenger carb. Figured it to be around 330hp. Seems I never got the cooling/ electric fan thing working right because I overheated it more than once. Some of it was just running it too hard before shutting it down and others were things like melted wires, forgetting to turn the fan on or bumping the fan switch. So, in June it developed a clatter at startup. All my so called pals insisted that I go with a fuel injected motor. So, I bought a complete package from Schramms.

It is a 2003 6.0 out of an Escalade. These come with aluminum heads and depending on which spec sheet you look at are rated at 330 to 345 hp.

I didn't do much in the way of pics during the swap. But it is not a direct interchange with anything other than the bell housing matchup is the same. Things that are different:
Flywheel bolt pattern
Torque converter to crank lenght requires a bushing
Different motor mounts. I tried to use the aluminum Corvette ones but they hang too low so I modified my old mounts
Lower radiator outlet had to change.
Had to add another Radiator line. (now 3)
Built a new fan shroud. (camera died as I was taking a pic this morning)
Exhaust. I went from headers back to the stock exhaust manifolds with dual 2 1/2 exhaust
Reprogram the ECM
Convert to high pressure fuel from low pressure (includes new regulator)
Drive by wire gas pedal
Modify intake plenum & add different filter.
