Engine is rebuilt now, but I started cleaning up the exhaust manidolds for paint and they are both cracked too. Seeing how I had to rebuild the engine, heads and now buy manifolds I'm really wishing I would have just bought some Chevy mounts and a Chevy bellhousing and built a Chevy for it. :slap: <---Me

So, after 6 hours of powerwashing, 3 hours of interior installation, 4 hours of wood refinishing, 6 hours of gelcoat refinishing, and 2 minutes of used condom removal from the bilge........ This is what we have. I still need to install the engine, and wax the entire boat. The carpet is going to have to wait until next year.

I need to buy a cover, an exhaust manifold and reimburse my neighbor for supplies that I used to bring the color back. This has not been cheap but we have a really nice boat now.

Too bad we didn't talk. We might have been able to make a trade.
