I've tried it on a wakeskate but all I get is dirty looks from the property owners whose seawalls I just destroyed by driving at 12 miles an hour. I want to try it with a real surfboard.... is that yours?

No. But it is always in my possession. I will actually have 2 of them in my possession after today. The more the merrier.

More people on boat = bigger wake.

Wakeskating is good fun.

I have a 9 ft. longboard that would probably work well if you could go slow enough and still make a wake big enough.

early april in the UP, and it just snowed 14+ inches that morning

(as taken from tv6 website)

MARQUETTE -- A few brave souls ventured out into the cold waters of Lake Superior in Marquette Tuesday. High winds made for choppy waters which were perfect for those looking to catch some waves. Surfers had to walk through several feet of snow and ice on the shoreline to get to the water.

"A lot of people think Hawaii and Southern California; here there's only two other guys out there and there's a lot of waves," surfer, Alec Lindsay said.

Three to four surfers were spotted enjoying the lake's conditions.
