I mounted the wheel spacers yesterday and guess what..... its wider now. I'm not shure what trails I may be able to fit down, but I might just stick to cornfields. PSC hydro assist stuff is in but I need to cut half of my front crossmsmber out to be able to fit it. I worry about the clearance to my track bar mount too when I make this strickly hi-steer.

I need to measure again, but I was just too wide to fit between my 82" trailer fenders before, and now 3" wider, so I'm guessing 86-87..... big. Thanks for the invite, wish I could. I still need to mount the gas tank, box, winch and cut the hell out of my fenders, so I think the Badlands is going to be its maiden voyage.

thats a easy fix, make'em removable. If ya want I can snag some pics of how mine fenders remove, it'd be simple to copy, stupid simple to use.

still want me to send that bumper to west branch? my delivery truck arrived last night, they'll be leaving saturday morning.

If you dont want to loose all you bed space a old behind the seat fuel tank fit nicely between the box sides and only take up 6-8" of the box.

I could use that bumper if your sure you dont need it. I like the idea of the BTS tank, but I like the idea of keeping my stock in-tank fuel pump as well as sending unit. Plus, it holds 40 gallons.

Trimmed enough to roll, turn and flex. Not very pretty, but functional.

The bed is now mounted and I started making some corner guards. I'm hoping that tomorrow I can finish the other side, weld a reciever in the bumper, mount the gas tank and route the fuel lines through the bed, and start making the brackets to mount the winch. Wheeling on Saturday!

I bent both of my shock hoops (rectangles) toward the engine yesterday. The coilover on the pass side is now touching the frame and the hoop on the drivers side is smashed into my steering shaft. I really didn't think it was that big of a bump. I will be replacing the rectangles with real hoops and a crossover when I swap the other 454 in, hopefully next month.
