Sorry, but I can't say I saw anything wrong with the stock dash.
Same with the stock engine, but I'd hate to bring that up now....... after all the fun you have had

My new most favorite picture of my jeep thanks to pwrwgn.

I either have a IAT, vacuum, or computer issue because it likes to stall coming off idle, but otherwise, it's doing good.

do not use a '01 4.0 TPS on a '01 4.7. It will kinda work, but not really.

Stalling issue from TPS now fixed. Fuel pump is now having intermittent power issues. Ugh. I didn't even touch that.

hahaha....... I would have thought you would avoid that after what I went through with my throttle by wire. :poke:

I've learned the hard way to keep it all consistent with model and year.

I finally got started on some tube fenders on Saturday. Jess stopped by tonight and we them a bit further.

I've got to finish weld them and hang some inner fenders off them.

That tube size looks good, what dia. is it? I grabbed some 3/4 from work, bent a bit of it and I thinks it looks too small. Worried 1" might be too small....

Hey Lucas, good to see you around. It's 1.5"x01.20 DOM.

No, I looked around a bit and it hasn't happened again. We went to rocks & valleys and it did alright until my clutch started acting up. We checked it out the other day and it seems my bellhousing bolts were backing off.

So, now that the front is all re-done, we started working on the back. I lopped off the old tube work and I'm replacing it with 2x3x0.120 with a 2x4x0.25 bumper. It's getting dove tailed, the tank sunk and covered, YJ rear seat, CJ tail gate, air shocks remounted, and the back half of the cage reworked.

I was hoping to have it wrapped up for Turkey Day, but as always I'm running behind.

The yellow lad is sad because he was trying to lay claim to the part, but since it was kept in my barn, I called dibs.

Thanks. I actually removed some round to put the square frame on. Go figure.

We started work on redoing the rear portion of the cage tonight. I've just got to get the pass side to look like the driver's side now.

This rig's starting to look like a mall crawler with the kids in the back seat.
