are you going to add anything to your upper mount on the rear? it looks like its all welded to the cast housing. I would take a gusset outwards so you have something holding it to the tubes as well.

did you get your brake pedal stuff figured out.

i think as long as its welded properly it would be fine

my last two have been like that and mikes is currently like that.

the brake stuff yea i got the right pedal set up, just need rich to help me mount it along with the fuel cell unless someone else is free :poke:

got the cell, brake pedal, and ecu mount in today. Here are a few pics. I will start tearing down the buddy for sand blasting and paint.

have you been washing it weekly?

you need to spray it down with WD-40 so it doesnt look like a rusty POS :poke:

probably a good idea to make a skid for the cell. When you lose a rear drive shaft, I dont think youll be happy

I predict you running out of fuel on the first steep climb that lasts more than 5 minutes long when you have less than 1/2 a tank of fuel..... or in othr words, the second half of every day :thumb:

at least flip the tank around, you really should put pickup points in multiple spots in the tank using walbro pickup screens.

99 percent of the time your wheeling your trying to go up something.

its a whole lot easier to roll down something and refire then get stuck half way up a rock face and have winch up or go back wards down

I'd flip the tank around too. I have that same tank and my shit is always starving for fuel.

its what inside the tank that matters...Such as if i put it this way it looks cleaner and inside the tank i have a few pick ups in the back...ill let you know how it works. The driveshaft skid plate is a good idea
