I thought you were building this buggy to have the full hard doors and soft top so you could wheel in winter and other bad conditions?

I think you did a great job of incorporating the full hard doors into the chassis and you should keep them. Maybe make a set of basic half doors or can you buy them similar to what can with a jeep? (preferably used and cheap)

im keeping the hard doors full. gonna make some tube doors for the summer. just wasnt sure if it would be easier to make a soft top to fit the hard doors or a set of soft doors. i definetly feel safer with the hard doors on over soft doors though. those bitches are HEAVY!!

Nick that has turned out really nice! You've done a great job blending buggy and full bodied rigs together to give you a true MI wheeler that you can use all year and stay dry and warm! :beer: :beer: my hats off to ya

got the fuse box done today and mounted it inside this tupperware container to keep it dry and clean.

just little stuff to add to the finished list.

hood mounted and hold down mounts made

blingy alluminium lower inner fender skirt to keep some debris out of engine compartment.

had to cut and relocate brake pedal

mount and heim joint on steering shaft

center console with guages/ ignition/ battary cutoff switch

sunny and 55 degrees means showin off the blingy painted h2's did some measurements as well while it was outside basking in the sun.

wheelbase= 101"
bellypan= 20.5"
roof line= 6ft. or 72" if thats easier for you.

axle truss is done. and link/shock mounts are done. axle is in and measuring for bumpstop and limit strap mounts.

The 14 bolt under my truck and the C&C axle I robbed some gears out of both had ring gear bolts run down without lock washers. Are you sure you should have them? Do you have enough thread engagment?
